What is the 12 Verse Challenge?

For years, the illumiNations partners have dreamed of a simple way to involve the Church (the global Church) in the work of translation and end Bible Poverty. They have created the illumiNations 12 Verse Challenge as a way for you to partner in this work. On average, it costs $35 to translate one verse of Scripture. This covers all of the personnel and logistics involved in seeing this work come to fruition. We are inviting you to write yourself into this story and we are asking you to financially sponsor the translation of 12 verses of Scripture at $35 per verse over the next 12 months.
