My registration isn't turning on.
Make sure to double-check a few things:
- Have you linked your Stripe account to your site? If you are planning on charging a ticket fee and are using our registration page, make sure to link these together. You can do so under the "Payment Details tab"
- Do you have an attendee cap in place or have you hit the max number of attendees? If so, please upgrade your account before turning your registration back on.
- Make sure to go to the Manage Registration tab on your IF:Local site and choose to “open registration.”
